Fees
NDIS
Therapeutic Supports for NDIS clients are provided under Improved Daily Living Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy, and/or Training and charged as per the current NDIS fee schedule. Fees for assessments vary according to the assessments required. Please Contact us.
Therapy
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration at $175.00 per session.
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP and a referral letter a Medicare rebate of $128.40 per standard consultation with a Clinical Psychologist is available leaving an out of pocket fee of $46.60. Rebates may also be available through Private Health Insurance.
Concessions
Adults with a Concession Card are eligible for the concessional rate with a Mental Health Care Plan which after the rebate is $20 dollars out of pocket.
The fee should not be a barrier to accessing psychological services. For this reason a certain number of bulk billing places are provided for those with a Mental Health Care Plan who are experiencing financial hardship . This is only arranged in consultation with a GP who can contact us to enquire if any bulk billing places are available.
Cancellation Policy
An SMS reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment (excepting in the case that an appointment is booked with less than 48 hours notice or when you are unable to provide a mobile contact number ). 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to your appointment is required. If notice is not given within 24 hours or in the case of non-attendance, a cancellation fee of $70.00 will be applied if it was not possible to fill your appointment time. Cancellation fees can be paid over the phone or at your next scheduled appointment.
For NDIS participants, cancellation fees will be charged as per the current NDIS fee schedule recommendations.
